Forster has together with MTZ and RETROSolar developed a box-type composite window with a horizontally pivoted window design and an internal blind for daylight control.
What’s special about it: The solution ensures glare-free daylight control even in a tilted position. In conjunction with clear glass, the blind installed in the cavity achieves a g value of 0.05 when the blinds are in a horizontal, open position.
This low value is achieved mainly by fine-tuning the wavelength of the irradiation transported through the glass and a special reflector surface for light redirection.
The swing frame is based on the forster unico profile, which does not require synthetic insulating materials due to a special stainless steel latticework between the inner and outer steel frames.
The frame corners are welded to be mitre-free so that moisture cannot penetrate
Take a look at this extraordinary window solution which expresses the themes of user-centered (well-being-ventilation, use of daylight, aesthetics) in the sense of a needs-oriented solution development.
We look forward to see you
